Dan is a 2008, 2010, 2014, 2015 & 2016 award winner for Seattle Magazine's "Best in Client Satisfaction" and a third generation realtor. His grandfather, uncle, and mother were all successful real estate brokers. Dan's ancestors immigrated to Seattle's Capitol Hill neighborhood in 1910.
He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in Hotel Administration in 1983. Dan embarked on a hotel career and worked for Four Seasons Olympic Seattle, Four Seasons Newport Beach, Fairmont Hotel San Francisco, Fairmont Hotel Chicago, and the Woodmark Hotel in Kirkland. He became a licensed real estate broker in 1993.
During his real estate career he has worked at Prudential Michael Smith Realtors, Madison House Ltd. Real Estate which was a franchise of Sotheby’s International Realty and later became an affiliate of Christies Great Estates. Dan joined Windermere Wall Street Inc. to be a part of its superior marketing programs. Dan has many friends and relatives on both sides of Lake Washington and serves his sphere in multiple neighborhoods and price ranges.
Dan has sold homes in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Bothell, Kenmore, Woodinville, Renton, Mercer Island, Kent, Auburn, Federal Way, Burien, Puyallup, Snohomish, Everett, Arlington, Edmonds, Woodway, Marysville, Whidbey Island, Bainbridge Island, Lynnwood, Sammamish, Redmond, Enumclaw, Des Moines, and Black Diamond. He has also been involved in award winning new construction projects.
Every time a Windermere brokers sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation. Dan is the Windermere Wall Street Foundation Representative facilitating grants to programs helping homeless, low income families, and children’s programs.
Dan has also volunteered at St. Martin de Porres Homeless Shelter since 1993. He served as a board member for Kinnear Park Homeowners Association and is active in Seattle Frontrunners Running Club since 1990.
Dan works hard for his clients but will always make time for his family and friends.
